MUSHROOM CREAM SOUP

Ingredients

Butter                          2 tbsp
Fine Flour                   3 tbsp
Chicken Stock            2 cups
Milk                            1 cup
Chicken Powder         1 tsp
Cream mushroom soupMushrooms                10 chopped
Soya Sauce                 2 tbsp
Salt                             1 tsp
Black Pepper              1/2 tsp
Cream                         1/2 pack


METHOD

Melt the Butter then add fine flour and cook till there is an aroma. Add milk and whisk it well. After straining the mixture add chicken stock,salt,black pepper and chicken powder in it and cook till it becomes thick. Lastly garnish it with mushrooms and cream.
