Ingredients:
Garlic 1 tbs
Water 1/2 Cup
Chicken wings 1 kg
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Soya sauce 2 & ½ tbs
Mustard paste 1 tbs
Corn flour 1 cup
Cooking oil
Red chilies soaked 3
Water 2 tbs
Oil 2 tbs
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Soy sauce 2 & ½ tbs
Vinegar 1 tbs
Green onion
Tomato ketchup ¼ Cup
Sugar 1 tbs
Sesame seeds
Directions
In a bowl add black pepper chicken, salt crushed, ginger garlic paste and mix it well and marinate for 4-6 hours in refrigerator. Now coat the marinated chicken wings in corn flour.
In a pan, heat cooking oil and fry deep fry on flame until its light brown. In grinder add red chilies and water grind to make a paste. Add red chili paste and sesame oil, soya sauce, sugar, vinegar, mustard paste, tomato ketchup.
Add water as required and add fried chicken wings in it. Lastly garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
